Yes. Bakeculator tracks allergens on every ingredient. When you build a product, allergens are automatically aggregated and printed in bold on your product labels and quote PDFs — exactly as required by Natasha's Law (UK Food Information Amendment 2021). You can generate labels at multiple sizes including small jar labels (50×80mm).
Bakeculator adds up your ingredient cost, labour (time × your hourly rate), packaging, and overhead allocation to get your total cost. It then applies your target margin or markup percentage to suggest a sell price. You can override this with your own price at any time — and the app shows your actual margin at that price.

Yes. The recipe scaling tool lets you preview any recipe at 0.5×, 2×, 4× or a custom multiplier. Ingredient quantities, labour, and costs all update live. When you're happy, click "Apply to recipe" to save the scaled version permanently.
The Business plan includes a full profit and loss dashboard. Revenue comes from your invoices. Ingredient cost comes from your purchase log (actual money spent, not estimates). Operating expenses (utilities, wages, stall rental, marketing, etc.) are tracked separately. Net profit = Revenue − Ingredients − Expenses. You get a monthly breakdown, top customer analysis, and expense category breakdown.
Yes. Baker and Business plan users can email quotes and invoices directly from Bakeculator. Emails arrive from your business name, use your custom subject and body template, and include the PDF as an attachment. No need for a separate email client.
Your data is stored securely in Supabase (hosted on AWS). You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Account section in Settings — your data remains accessible on the free plan. If you delete your account, all data is permanently removed.
